#NotBroken - the mission of Bitty and Beau's
What more could you ask for. A store on a mission.
That mission: inclusion for those with disabilities to earn a living wage.
Coffee: perfect. Quickly served with heart. Can't really say anything else. Downtown by the market and want coffee? Come here.
Smoothies: yep. Same thing.
Parking: connected to a garage.
Location: location location location. Across from Tommy Condon's
Service: perfection. These people love their jobs and are well rewarded.

What an awesome coffee shop! Bitty and Beau's wasn't even on my radar until my tour guide mentioned they had amazing coffee while in passing. Luckily for me, this shop was just right outside the hotel I was staying at! I knew i had to make a quick stop here during my last morning in Charleston.
Upon ordering, i couldn't decide what I wanted so i got both an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte and a strawberry mango smoothie. While waiting for my drinks is when I started reading the mural and learning about their inspirational cause. Soon enough my card was called and I got my drinks. Both items I got were winners so I reccomend them if you aren't sure what to order. Thanks for the yummy drinks Bitty & Beau's! -

Best coffee in Charleston and to top it off as many reviewers have pointed out many of their employees are a bit mentally challenged.
Great coffee, great for humanity thank you Bitty and Beau's owners. This for sure is THE place for a quick coffee.
Only negative is they don't offer a restroom for us patrons. -

Seriously. This place is incredibly awesome. Beautiful decor, delicious coffee, yummy pastries, but most of all... a heart of gold!
We should make it a point to open more places like this around the country...heck, around the world.
Visiting Charleston this summer was awesome already, but when I discovered this place, it made me feel all warm and fuzzy. A cherry on top for our road trip, if you will.
This coffee shop is staffed with some of the most beautiful, friendly people on the planet. They truly take pleasure in what they do, and I know they definitely brought a smile to my face with their positive energy and giant smiles.
I wish I could go to Bitty and Beau's everyday.

I love the idea of this little spot. The shop is super cute and clean, the workers there are super sweet and amazing.
They employ specifically people disabilities. It's very near and dear to my heart - I decided to buy a t-shirt as well. The greeter at the door was very helpful and helped to snap a photo of the bridal party that was in there. I snapped a photo of them getting their photo taken because I thought it was a really sweet moment.
Did I mention their coffee is good too? Good coffee and a great cause - What's not to love?
